Donald William Cheng - President
Donald William Cheng is a principal of DWC INTERNATIONAL, a diversified finance and real estate advisory
firm. Mr. Cheng is also advisor for Trump Mortgage LLC, a firm owned by Mr. Donald J Trump. Mr. Cheng
was former managing director of William B May International, the commercial arm of the oldest real estate
brokerage, formed in 1866 in the United States which was sold to Cendant. Mr. Cheng's clients have
included Dun & Bradstreet (HK) , Nathan's Famous, and has worked on real estate projects at Rockefeller
Center, Manhattan Mall and Queens Center Mall. Mr. Cheng is a member of the Urban Land Institute,
International Council of Shopping Centers,JIFMA, Japan Society, Asia Society and many charitable Institutions
and attended New York University and Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Joe Azzopardi PHD- Vice President of Engineering & Asset Management
Dr, Azzopardi has been in commercial building operations for over 28 years. He was an operating engineer
with Olympia & York and was responsible for over 6 million SF of prime real estate at the World Financial
Center and 3.5 million SF of real estate at 55 Water Street. He is currently chief engineer with ICBC Mega,
one of the largest financial firms in Asia. He is also an adjunct professor teaching facility management.
Fang Gao - Financial Analyst
Mrs Gao was in charge of finance and estimation for one of the largest construction firms in china. She has
been involved with the Shanghai Culture Hall, consisting of 500,000 SF of space, as well as the Shanghai
Library, consisting of 1,000,000 SF and the Telecommunication Harbor. Mrs. Gao has a masters in real
estate finance from NYU and understands all aspects of real estate finance and construction modeling .
